Extra pay on the weekends. Usually able to work plenty of overtime as a Manager. Majority of team members fun to work with. Nice bonuses available for management. Everyone clocks in and out included General Managers. Hourly pay, profit sharing

No company matched 401k. Hard to keep good employees with low wages. High turnover

A few of the people are nice to work with.

A store manager who talks down to employees like they're children (and apparently gets promoted for it). A store manager who acts like employees are idiots for calling him to ask questions. Raises are pathetic. Understaffed because the store manager won't allow enough labor hours to do the job, particularly on Sundays when there's a lot of freight.
