No career development, you can quickly reach your “ceiling” at Mercer and go no further.
Focus very heavily on financials, not so much on client service - which is all being offshored to India so that’ll be great for the existing administrators!!
Bonuses as an administrator are APPALLING!!! The worst I’ve ever had, especially for a firm that claims to be “no. 1 consulting firm” - don’t expect a pay rise either.
