Empresa com ótima localização, super infraestrutura e flexibilidade nos horários. Ambiente organizado, pessoas educadas e limpeza impecável.

Minpunten

Falta oportunidade para efetivação e principalmente falta comunicação com a maioria dos gestores. Ao mesmo tempo que a empresa busca melhorias, deixa a desejar em relação a ideias e ponto de vista. Seria muito interessante que os gestores enxergassem a pessoa que esta trabalhando e que acatassem novas ideias pois ainda permanecem atitudes antigas e que poderiam ser atualizadas alem da carga horaria ser muito extensa! Ambiente muito estressante e o salário é algo a desejar.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
