Set schedules, occasional overtimes (for more pay), no work on weekends, parking, awesome cafe with lots of food/beverage choices, great benefits, decent pay.

Minpunten

Hard to advance if you work in the call center. No mentoring program to gain further work experiences for advancement.

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
