You can tell that they are genuine in their dedication to the mission of the company and can be assured that there is no hidden agenda. People mean what they say and they honestly care for doing good for the world.

Minpunten

Tremendous time of change and there are many simultaneous stresses. It is time for leaders and people who can thrive in this exciting environment. If you want to make a positive difference, then this is the place.

Work from home (that may not always be a perk, but it is now for writers), choice of flexible hours (7 AM - 9 AM starting), friendly, helpful people, great bosses, people very interested in their jobs, plus a lot of educational benefits, you are trained on all aspects of Merck and your job.

Minpunten

I cannot think of any, though sometimes work from home has its drawbacks, because the employee doesn't get all the information that an onsite employee would.
