They understand that the product is for the people of the world and will never sacrifice quality to make an extra dollar. Senior leadership is more concerned with attaining KPIs and schedule adherence than producing a high quality product that the customer expects. Professional development is lacking compared to it competitors where contributors are placed into positions that they has no experience or desire to pursue without prior knowledge of the transition in some cases. Majority of work day is spent in meetings.
