Benefits stink, especially after hearing vacation time accrual will be suspended, no raises, decrease in 401k contributions. As salary employee I already work for less than minimum wage working 50-60 hrs a week because I'm doing the work of 2 people. Can't hire needed staff, but who would work here with current benefit.
