The Merit corporate office is an awful, oppressive place to work. The office is overseen by a nouveau-riche, frowned face, extreme micromanager called Cesar, the CEO. He'll hire you as an expert in your field, ignore your recommendations, then obsessively micromanage you and tell you how to do your job. And God help you if you don't do what he says. Don't waste your time, move on to something else. This place will just bring you down, hold you down and kick you mentally and emotionally.
