Working at MeritShot has been really awesome. They're super supportive and always help us learn new things. The people I work with are like family, we work together on everything and have fun too. What's really cool is that everyone is treated the same, no matter who they are. MeritShot cares a lot about making sure everyone feels welcome and included. And the bosses? They're really nice and actually listen to us. It feels good to know they care about us and want us to do well. Overall, I'd totally recommend MeritShot to anyone looking for a great place to work. Leaves are not treated as favors. The founders are accessible and transparent about numbers, growth challenges, and strategy. You’re not operating in a vacuum. That transparency builds trust. Overall, the appraisal reinforced something important: performance is seen, and growth here is merit-driven.
