Work here for a few years if you want to build your know how and make some contacts in the biz - then have an exit strategy. A career spent here will have you sitting in the same role for a decade.

Leadership is unable to articulate a concrete plan for our success beyond “get to growth” - it’s been 3 years since raised or promotions were given at scale. The company is removing all DEI programming because of our current admin but doesn’t have the guts to make a formal announcement on it. Parent company, Dentsu, allows our managers almost no ability to make decisions on their employees’ careers.
