Management, management, management. It used to be a wonderful company to work for when Jim Tyree was alive, but since his passing, it has become all about the bottom line. Upper management, who used to at least try to appear human, have totally dropped that pretense now. They have absolutely no concern about employees, only about themselves and their bottom lines.
