The company in recent years since the takeover has become all about numbers. There is little trust between colleagues brought about by micro-management from senior managers who are in a panic. The amount of reporting for the sake of reporting beggars belief. A number of high profile appointments to key positions have yielded nothing which has piled further pressure on those that know what they're doing. A number of colleagues have already left to other industries or competitors and some have been made redundant. Morale is low and many are looking outside for other opportunities.
