Method has been non-stop growing. A good problem to have. The business is sound, run by financially level-headed people and competent technical management. The people in the cross-functional teams have been great to work with. Method is still relatively small (just past 200+ employees I believe) and the culture reflects this. There is a camaraderie, though mainly virtual, that is very welcoming and tight-knit. Software consultancy is different though, coming from in-house software shops where your dev team is fixed. IOW, consulting might not be for everyone -- your Method team is like high school homeroom. Client work is your day-to-day. Client work can be short or long-term and varied in technology, which is cool, but devs should make sure it's what they want to do long-term. If so, you won't be disappointed by the people or the work. I worked remotely, not in NC office.

Only 1, subjective: Company hardware: all Macs, practically. Hard to get PCs on the same playing field, permission and network wise, as the Macs. Wish it was more agnostic and level... Microsoft has been pushing the envelope in terms of software and their own hardware. Wish more of the software industry could appreciate how they're superior to Macs, in so many ways.
