Methodist has been a fantastic working experience. I am on a skilled, collaborative team that works hard to support our system and help them drive great outcomes. Leaders from all levels truly care about our mission. We continue to hire, grow, and improve. I wouldn't want to work for any other health system.

No major concerns--Methodist execs offer many ways for employees and leaders to share ideas and pain points. They track these throughout the year and provide regular updates on implementation. They are transparent about things that cannot be done.

Coming from a smaller size hospital but big company like Methodist and known high paying hospital in DFW, I needed more shifts. Since MDMC is bigger than my other PRN, I have higher chance of getting shifts because there are more monitoring stations, more staff taking PTOs, higher chance of staff calling out sick and therefore opening the shift, etc.

More workload and higher census! Almost 50 patients on heart monitor per station.
