The pros are the benefits are good. The administration is nice and actually listens. The new hospitals are nice and modern.
Minpunten
The Cons are. Individuals that continue to screw up still stay on. They have a policy to smile and say hi to everyone walking, and just be friendly, however, the staff all looks miserable. Not a lot of people say hi back. The last con is that certain salaries are under what other hospitals are paying. Could be more competitive.
