You will need to kiss managements' behind if your even thinking about moving up but wait!...your turn will come after 10+ years when someone decides to retire. Management walks around and has no shame in advertising that your job is always on the line " you are all replaceable". Forget about going to management for any concerns, you will be rediculed , accused of being a "kindergartner" and will be reminded that you need to grow some thick skin.
