As a network of 13 hospitals and dozens of clinics throughout the DFW region, Methodist serves a community of more than a million people. New initiatives do take an extended time to implement. However it is because Methodist does well to ensure all stakeholders are part of the collaborative decision making process and any new plan has been vetted and approved by all who could be affected by the new implementation.
