Minpunten
Lack of proper HR management by trained managers is the biggest issue Favouritism by management - not based on competency or skill, rather nepotism and 'inside crowd' mentality Patronizing culture speaking of 'the kids', 'minions' when referring to junior staff and even gender/race related commenting happen often Often felt like being in high school one day and kindergarten the next Low retention rate - good people tend to leave (escape) soon after they join Recently lost many people who were there for longer by change in short term management approach and some people were even bullied out by offering impossible options Due to low retention, recruitment is a daily chore and the 'growth' is not actual growth but constant back-filling. Which also results in constantly having to train new people (who then don't stay) Salaries aren't great (nor consistent per level) and so-called bonus system is a joke Complete disconnect and discrepancy with other offices and no long-term thinking Ruthless with new client directors who don't hit their targets within a year Operations team in India is very difficult to work with and part of daily frustration Not delivering on automation promise - systems are very clunky
