There is a very strong innovation and learning culture at MetrumRG that is built on mutual consideration and humility in pursuit of life saving therapies. One of things about MetrumRG that I believe very strongly is true, that opportunities are here for professional and personal growth, and that if you have particular passions, there is very likely a way to grow into that and make it part of your professional experience.
