      Good money if you're getting overtime.

      Minpunten

      Do not expect to have a life outside of working and sleeping. Long hours 7 days a week. High turnover in lower level employees. They "Hire from within" not based on who can actually do the job they need, but based off of who has been there longer. They say that they have "voluntary" overtime, but that depends on what building you're in and who your supervisor is. I was working 70-84 hours a week. With no A lot of non-English speakers.

      You get plenty of overtime, and hourly employees care about their jobs and quality, as much as they are permitted

      Minpunten

      Long hours, no respect from management, fail to correct known problems within supervisors. No communication within management. Fail to repair machines in timely manor. Human resource is ineffective in resolving internal problems, shows favoritism to people they like versus whats right and wrong. Plant management is total disarray.
