MicroAutomation has a lot to offer people that are looking for long-term stability. I've been very impressed with what this small company has to offer. They promote contribution, ownership and in turn will allow you to grow.

MicroAutomation is not without faults but if I had to point to one I'd say they are too loyal sometimes. I've seen non-performers stick around too long.
