No salary transparency or consistency and no clarity on what you can do to get a raise or what the pay bands are. No consistent COL adjustments.
Zero work-life balance: your vacations, wedding days, honeymoons, bereavement, you name it, it will be interrupted with a fire drill and you will be called until you pick up.
Cheap, low quality equipment to use. Company doesn't provide tools or cables, you're expected to purchase, though if you can bill it back to a client, you can probably get reimbursed.
Office location is extremely inconvenient, much easier to avoid going in if at all possible.
Easier to hotel out of client sites, and they tend to have better food.
Clients can be extremely abusive, management sides with them as long as they pay their bills.
Hemorrhaging clients, not clear if they will be able to survive much longer in an extremely competitive market.
