Pluspunten
-The people are great, coworkers are smart and motivated -Flexible work options like remote work were nice when introduced -That's it really
Minpunten
-Underpaid, they pay less than the market rate and have become very stingy when it comes to giving raises, pretty much only giving raises with promotions -Not enough resources, there has been a ton of attrition over the past few years and the people that leave are rarely replaced. Then they went ahead and laid off even more people to add to the attrition -No real career growth opportunities, most people start here and leave as soon as they realize how much you stagnate -Lack of leadership, senior management changes directions every other quarter and doesn't do a good job being transparent with everyone about why we were making these changes -Worst of all, the bitcoin investment. The former CEO decided to use company resources to gamble on bitcoin. Much like the redditors he seemed to be mimicking, the company is now severely at loss with this gamble. The information is public, the market knows how bad it is and can see the company's debts cant be repaid with sales being down. Before it was a profitable company with slow but continuous growth and a solid customer base with a good product. Now its a dead man walking until the debt the company took out to buy bitcoin comes due.
