See title. Hours were flexible, and the people above me were laid back and very helpful when I needed help. Hard to ask for a better work culture.
Minpunten
Uninteresting from a computer science perspective. I learned a lot, but the problems I was solving were internal (obviously, given that Microchip's not a software company) and not very brain-tickling. Also, pay was not very competitive.
