Expect IPFs ( Internal Productivity Factor) where bonuses can be arbitrarily cut by the boss to advance his/her career in line with the company's quarterly operating cost targets. Quiet firing techniques are used. Sometimes expected to go to the USA for 2 - 3 weeks. Hard if you have a family. The company is focused on quarterly revenues and growth.
