The benefits package is strong. 401k with matching and no vesting period. HSA and life insurance options very competitive.

Minpunten

Employees are not empowered to make decisions or take risk. Company is attempting to save it's way to growth rather than investing in resources from internal systems to new hires. Low risk tolerance and lack of leadership are evidenced by low growth compared to the competition. Many employees are performing multiple functional roles (like a start-up), without the potential reward or growth that makes people willing to do so.

Microscan was a great little company filled with technology and sharp people. It was purchased by Omron in 2018.

Minpunten

While Omron has good intentions to keep Microscan people and performance eventually most ended up departing due to business changes and layoffs. Sales and Marketing became less focused on selling these type of products.
