Pluspunten
You'll meet some of the best co-workers ever. Most of them know about comic book culture and people who don't know as much will know while working here. I've worked with many of the employees and I can honestly say, they were all great people. They were a big reason of why I stood on-board for so long.
You also get a really nice discount on merch at the stores, which is amazing if you're a collector. But that's really about it in terms of pros.
Minpunten
Plenty of cons during my time there. You WILL deal with a lot of stressful moments, and it will drag with you throughout your employment, especially if you're in a managerial position. It's a small business that tries to act like it's part of corporate America, which honestly makes no sense... it's a comic retail company.
The CEO is very harsh and rude, and will not hesitate to fire you for the most simplest issues. He's very hardheaded and not very open to suggestions from fellow employees. And like the usual corporate american companies, very very cheap. It's his way or no way and will yell at you (I wouldn't doubt firing you as well) on the spot, for having a snack near your desk.
Also I think I should mention, there are no benefits in this job either, so beware. If I remember clearly I heard that there is now health insurance offered, but I hear it's not even worth it.
