Worst job ever - werkgeversreview Maid bij Mighty Maids

The management is phenomenal, and the pay is good. The clientele who we cleaned for were very nice. Great work/life balance at this job! I highly recommend Mighty Maids, I really enjoyed working there.

There weren't any downsides to working there.

You get to know everyone quickly.

You are left to do all the housework even though there is a lead to help you, there putting you down. Underpaid, sexually harassed by other woman, placed as unimportant and your words don't matter due to the time of employment if you advise management of any issues. If a lead lies and blames anything on you, you will disciplined. You are treated as a slave, the gossip is painful, it was torture working there, High turnover. 3/week.
