One of the worst workplace I have experienced. Excessive office politics and favouritism and, worst culture. Many have faced situations that put their careers at risk. No Job security poor work-life balance, and very long working hours often 12–14 hours a day. Shouting at employees and creating fear about job security is part of the culture. Managers and leads lacks professionalism and basic manners. Many positive reviews do not reflect the actual work environment and appear to be managed to make the company look better.be careful while considering it. Would not recommend.

High-Value Domain Exposure: If your goal is to gain hands-on experience in UPI and banking systems, this company provides solid exposure and learning opportunities. Reliable Pay: Compensation is paid on time and without issues, which is one of the few areas that works consistently well.

QA Leadership is a Bottleneck: The QA function is currently constrained by leadership (Dhananjay) that lacks the professionalism, maturity, and leadership capability expected at this level. Decision-making is inconsistent, team confidence is low, and the overall environment suffers as a result. Favoritism Over Merit: There is a clear and visible shift away from merit-based recognition. Promotions, ratings, and opportunities appear influenced more by internal alignment and favoritism than by actual performance or contribution. This is highly demotivating for serious contributors. HR is Not an Effective Safeguard: HR tagged with QA team does not function as an independent or trustworthy escalation channel. Concerns raised are not handled with the level of neutrality or seriousness expected, leaving employees with limited options to address issues.
