You will not grow your base salary especially if you've already started on the higher end. Even though they already give everyone under market average salaries, they might still give seniors lower than the inflation rate even though you over-perform as an excuse to balance the salary gap within the company. So probably, your inferiors will get higher raises whilst you get very little. I'd suggest don't waste your time and put extreme effort into showing your skills, and overachieving your tasks as they won't be acknowledged anyway. And from what I feel, it's hard to grow in terms of positions as well depending on your department. And the creativity in making new games within its studio is very low, they're just with different skins and repetitives of the previous games.
