Minpunten
- Minu is a company that had a big change in culture recently, they went from a traditional company to a tech company, and they had the company entirely rebranded, but in my opinion, the employees are what define the company, you can't expect your company to change overnight just by rebranding it when the current employees don't match the new culture.
- Due to their complex business model and their old platform, the platform has several problems, especially regarding data. Considering this problem the developer's team didn't seem engaged to solve them, and neither did the managers seem engaged to sponsor these changes.
- They don't have an excellent culture in practice, even though they sell that in the 'discourse'.
