      Pluspunten

      Very friendly work environment, company invests a good fraction in R&D and constantly works on perfecting its products. One of the most fastest growing mid-sized companies in Canada. President is a super nice guy, approachable and hard working.

      Minpunten

      the only downside are the wages that are somewhat underpaid (overtime is almost not an option) H&R is also very slow in their hiring process and way behind in their employee performance recognition programs.....

      Good place to work, would recommend to anyone and everyone around. They will love it here I promise with all of my heart no doubt in my mind

      Not many cons. Some people are rude but you are going to get that everywhere. There is nothing you can personally do about it. A good place to work.

      Good company culture. Good leadership. They provided product-line cross training. I worked with a very good team of field engineers for the automation product. It was the first time I saw a CEO conduct an employee feedback survey and share the results with the company, and also share a plan of action to address the results of the survey.

      Minpunten

      Field engineer work requires intensive travel.
