Upper management is extremely toxic. I'm not great at reading faces but when I would run into other texts new to the company at work sites, I could see the stress on their face when it was time to check in with their supervisor. I was constantly walking on eggshells and I was not the only one.I broke my neck at work due to their negligence and I was afraid to report it to HR because I was afraid I'd be fired. That was later fired anyway because I was in so much pain I was having trouble performing my job.

Great team to work with, company provides quality and correct tooling to do the job. Great pay and benefits.

Minpunten

A lot of information thrown at you at once. Unfortunately there really is no good way to train this job in a limited amount of time its not always the best fit for an unexperienced tech or a tech that doesn't want to learn.
