Office staff is wonderful and hard workers. Management not so much .
Minpunten
Management has no clue how to run a office. Too many managers not enough doer's. Treat their employees with no respect. Have managers that are too young and inexperienced and don't have the maturity on how to handle a office. Negativity all the time and when showing a nice side you feel there's no sincerity. They don't show leadership , do not go to bat for their employees , it's all self serving motives for them. I had so many high hopes when I hired on and really enjoyed doing my job but could not take the indecisive decisions that were made daily. One day your told this and the next day something different. Get hired for one thing and end up doing something totally different.
