Pluspunten
Working for Mobile One has been excellent in the coworker and leadership department. My local RSM's and RM's really do seem to care about the other employees from what I have gathered so far.
Minpunten
From my time at Mobile One I have seen nothing but cuts to commission and the introduction of additional steps needed in order to meet goals that were not required in the past, such as the requirement that you MUST achieve a 40 percent P360 attach rate in order to get paid out for your entire VAF category.
I have heard from other employees that have been with the company longer that commission used to be higher and that they too have also seen attainable commission continue to drop.
I have also more or less been told that raises do not ever happen for anyone other than senior management and that the only time I will ever get a raise is if Minimum Wage increases, which is a little sad to hear.
