Sometimes deadlines or big projects mean some overtime but can do from home or if in office they provide meals. Learning curve for all the technologies and their programming language but really interesting

even though it's hybrid, you can't work anywhere else except your home or the office - laptop can't be anywhere else - so no advantage of getaway while working.
