Incredibly disorganized company with constant delays creating disgruntled customers. Regular production delays on orders led to a steady stream of angry and unpleasant customers cursing and yelling at sales associates on a daily basis. Because there is no customer service department a lot of time was spent fending off angry customers opposed to meeting unrealistic sales goals.
