They set their staff up for failure. - They will give more work but will find every excuse in the book to not give a raise - They have racist employees who threaten people and get away with it because they are friends with management - There are no incentives to work holidays and work extra shifts - They hire reckless employees that makes it hard to do your job and risks patients lives - They are not up to code with a lot of NYS regulations AVOID this place like the plague.
