- There are genuinely some great people within the organisation, who are great to work with and know their stuff. - Office location is great, stocked up nicely with food and drinks with music playing. - There is short term and long term incentives in bonuses and shares - They used to have some cool events/parties.
Minpunten
- There is a big toxic culture, where the "inner circle" set had a very Clique like behaviour who let the CEO and rest of the exec team get away with ridiculous policies and expectations which they are exempt from. - Even though there are short term and long term incentives, you are well underpaid to what the market is paying, and given the poor performance lately, its barely of any value anymore. However there is a big pay divide between the executive team and the rest of the company. - They often "rebrand" people's departures from the company to cover up people leaving due to the issues with the company. - All the events and social events are only every in your own personal time, after you've worked a full day (or at times over the weeknd) and you're guilted if you don't go (god forbid you have a personal life or family commitment). - There's an toxic expectation to work late on a regular basis with no compensation and time in lieu offered (CEO has straight up said this to the company) - There are standing company calls on Friday afternoon at 4:30 to give company updates, but are really just to make sure staff are online til 5:30 on a Friday. Often the calls are intentionally dragged on to hit the time. - A lot of the exec and senior team have only ever worked at moneyme so they often excuse the toxic behaviour and say it's "normal". Which is a shame, cause a lot of them are really bright. - Whilst they say they offer flexibility in "work for home" but it's really only because they can't fit their full staff in the office all week. There's no real flexibility of working from home if there's something that's come up in your life and they hold it over you like you owe them for it. - Company products that were once great have become so poor and often decisions are made that are detrimental to customers. - So many long term staff are starting to leave or are considering leaving due to all the ridiculous procedures and requirements.
