- look past the 5 star reviews - they are all posted by people in their ramp period and haven’t experienced the true sales culture yet because it’s encouraged to do so - People are leaving globally across all regions (some teams have seen managerial changes multiple times in the last few months) - Political environment - people who are good at their jobs have left or are leaving. Political backbiters are left around - lying and backstabbing common and ignored and left to run rampant - management “can’t see” the problems - goalposts for promotion criteria move frequently when attained - with no real clear plan of action to attain but company is able to hire for new positions aggressively - company culture is vastly different from where it was - very defensive and emotional culture - when people leave they are treated as if they don’t exist - word is spreading in the market of the systemic problems mentioned
