- Middle management politics - Seniority here is on the basis of who joined first, not overall seniority or work experience - Regular overtime. 10pm-12 midnight is common. You will not be allowed to maintain normal work hours even with light work _No comp-off policy - A group of people who are very proud of morpho culture party on weekdays, come late to work and force everyone who doesnt follow that lifestyle to work 12 hour shifts - Do not give time to design, agree to very tight deadlines with real estate clients and copy from their own old projects to meet deadlines. They say they will 'chep' or copy from old projects to save time but everyone stays till 12 anyway - Discourage people when they take time to design - Constant gossipping about the private lives of employees - Verbally abusive when people want to get the work done within office hours - Work life balance is a joke - Some seniors only plan parties - Forced partying and drinking once a month for bonding
