No true work culture - this is yet another company that has drinks and snacks available in shared areas, and thinks employees clique groups are what work culture should be. I felt depressed almost everyday going to work knowing I had no career growth outlook, or opportunity for financial gain or stability. Getting paid once a month is crazy, and it’s even crazier that I didn’t find out until I’m forced to ask AFTER the offer letter. They are extremely cult like. Unfortunately if you don’t feel like you fit in initially, you may never get that experience. There is no true effort or care shown for the life of the employees that work there. Everybody goes through things and it’s sad to see the level of care from upper management cater more to their favorites than others. Do not waste your time unless you’re looking for the stereotypical corporate burn out experience with no representation or genuine care from upper management.

Once again (see duplicate review from July), we appreciate your feedback and have taken it into consideration. No need to continue posting on here. Not many. Everyone works very hard, maybe too much at times.

Kind interactions, good benefits, flexible schedule, transparent management.

Minpunten

Periods between projects can be difficult to find billable hours, some managers are stingy with adding needed hours into a project, people tend to stick with their groups and not branch out.
