Family oriented that is the only pro

Minpunten

Filled with bad management and people who don't care about quality. They continue to not listen to senior machinists on how to fix problems also they allow their second shift employees to do whatever they want including stealing dayshifts tools and equipment without repercussions!! by far the worst promise opportunity and make you feel like you can get those opportunity's then pull them out from under you

Good benefits package. Room to advance and grow. Excellent floor leadership. Excellent shift premiums. Overtime generally available but not mandatory.

Minpunten

Alot of the work is dependent on 1 particular customer. Things can slow down quickly. However, if you are willing to travel North into their other locations there is generally work available at other facilities.
