      We are growing very quickly and so it can feel like a high pressured environment Because of the fairly unique sales process there isn't the typical ebb and flow of a quarter and it feels like there is always something to be doing (but I get paid well for what I do and earning potential is high so I'm ok with this for a few years but wouldn't be forever)

      The CEO, Euan Blair, is an inspiring leader who speaks with a ton of conviction and authenticity. Also the scrappiness of the start up led to the ability to gain solid work experience and explore new ideas.

      Minpunten

      Business strategy is in complete disarray, especially for the US expansion - which is completely flopping as they just laid off 1/3 of their US staff. Constant pivots, communication breakdowns everywhere you look, unreasonable expectations and pressure, misalignment across senior leadership team, inability to innovate the product or stand up against existing competitors in the market, and missing revenue targets year after year.
