Pluspunten

There's a handful of staff that are chill and fun to work with, and are very knowledgeable and competent. Very unclear why they bother sticking around.

Minpunten

All the worst things about a small company are present here: Extreme level of politics. Extreme level of micromanagement. Arrogant yet incapable top management. They are entirely reactive, no proactive initiatives to improve really anything. A few toxic individuals who have been with the company for many years always get their way. Very Sales focused, making all other departments (and service quality) suffer due to over booking. Pay is not close to competitive. Regularly forced to work outside scheduled hours. The former GM (who probably left the two consecutive 5 star reviews to compensate for plethora of authentic 1 or 2 star reviews) was fired for having a serious drug problem. After 10 years of poor performance.

Pluspunten

Its not an easy job, physically. It definitely helps to be in good shape. But the pay is worth it and the people are really cool

Only downside is its just physically demanding

None, don’t do it. Run the other way.

Minpunten

They’ll talk a big game and make it sound like the perfect place to work, but the reality is far from it. The benefits are poor, there’s no real work-life balance, and they expect you to put in extra hours even if you’re on salary. If you don’t, they’ll make you feel like you’re not a team player. If you have a family, look elsewhere—they don’t prioritize or support that. And when business slows down, they’re quick to start letting people go.
