Fraud Company - werkgeversreview IT Recruiter bij My Remote Developer

No pros. Highly unhealthy work environment.

Very cheap company. Previously known as my remote developer . Now known as OptimHire. Making fool of people by changing name. First of all , do not sign bond here. They are running business not a company. Every other day, new rule is being introduced by the management. When I joined , I was not told about bond condition of 1.6 years. I was told about this after 2 months of joining. They make employees sign bond and treat them , torture them like hell. This company is into staffing services, so they give lot of pressure to there employees to get closure. For every damn thing , they keep penalty for employees which is a sign of cheap organization. Most funny part is that they have created a group " fines and penalty " on skype, and hired one person to find out mistakes of all the employees daily . The fines applied goes to that person's account and she is being paid salary which is sum of total fines on employees. How cheap! They are running a circus show or what. If they are cheap upto this level then why don't they shut down and sit back. Don't come in trap. This company doesn't have any ethics, code of conduct or any policies. They are running a circus show which will not last for even few months. don't join else they will make your life miserable.

It has been a wonderful and the perfect match for my expertise. Its wonderful working here with highly motivated team and transparent management. Without My Remote Developers, there's no way I would have found this opportunity. I highly recommend to be a part of this organisation if you are serious about finding legitimate flexible positions - many with benefits! Probably no greater honor can come to any man than the respect of his colleagues which i earned here.
