Rafting and ropes courses, field days, intra-department gameshow challenges, all with people that actually want to be there, so it doesn't feel like awkward chores.

The team is all very hard working people who value their career growth and care about their clients. The company is growing so fast and there are multiple areas of growth too. Outside of the team, the work we do is fun, creative, and really matters for the clients. We work with small to medium businesses typically and you can feel the impact you have! The company also does quarterly team building events like white water rafting or team BBQs. We have 2 WFH Fridays a month and flexible PTO. Plus, we get catering any Friday we work in office.
