The team is supportive, and I’ve always felt like my contributions mattered, even as a fresher. One of the things I appreciated most was the culture of continuous learning. There’s always someone willing to guide you, and the environment is open and collaborative. You’ll definitely grow if you're proactive and eager to learn. Overall, a great company to begin your journey in tech and build a solid skill set.
