Company will call you an "owner" until they decide to show you the door. CEO has big ideas that are confusing to follow and do not lead to successful outcomes. When she makes mistakes, staff will be let go to pay for it. Many small layoffs of very talented people while i was there, targeting those who do not live near the office and those who have high salaries with no regard for competence. In office policy mandates 4 or 5 days in office and badge data will be collected. Those who don't meet in office policy will see bonuses slashed.
