      Location. Stormwater Management Experts. A select few cool people to worth with.

      Minpunten

      High turnover rate. Over 80% turnover in the last two years. Being a minority you get the work that the prime doesn't want to do or don't see profitable. There is a lot of favouritism. You got to be the right religion if you want to be in favorite list. Expect to work long hours and weekends. Trying to expand in areas they don't have experience in.

Overtime is your desire to work over not mandated. NMP is no longer a small firm of 22 employees, we have grown to over 100 employees.

      Former Employee, We have modified our travel opportunities and modified our plan to encourage all employees to be more involved in all areas of our expertise, water resources, environmental, landscape and construction management.
